About the Founder
Wissam Damaa is the Founder and Owner of Palace Group; an entrepreneur with interests in luxury real estate, construction and international trading. A graduate with a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Damaa founded Palace Group in 1999 to become a well-known construction and development company of luxury projects.
In 2014, Damaa established Petroleum Palace Group, an environmental company specialised in oil and gas services; the core expertise is the treatment of industrial, drilling and hazardous materials.
In 2016, Palace Group Offshore became a specialised investor in multi-international technologies in green and renewable energy; quantum technologies, hydrogen energy, and water desalination are part of the core interest of the company.
In 2023, Damaa launched a new arm, Palace Luxury Living, to become the epitome of authentic international luxury living, a reflection of his vision in the global luxury real estate.
